Instructions
  1. Boil the egg for just a minute if you like a runny yolk, if not let it boil a little longer.
  2. Meanwhile, sauté the spinach in a wok or pan with a drop of oil until soft. Season to taste.
  3. Open and slice the avocado. Also slice the radishes and cheese and arrange everything on a plate. Add the almonds. You're done!
